Hanoi Vino Club proudly presents a unique tasting journey — one where the French wines of Paul Mas meet the bold, earthy flavours of Vietnam’s Northwest, set against a dining experience full of character.
The story of wine is told here in a way that feels close to Vietnamese life. Paul Mas’ wines carry the philosophy of “Luxe Rural” — a rustic elegance rooted in the sun-drenched Languedoc, in the South of France — and find an unexpected kinship with the mountain kitchens of Northwest Vietnam. It is where the smoky char of gác bếp-cured meats and the seductive warmth of mắc khén pepper and dổi seeds meet the richness, freshness, and vitality of grapes from the legendary Mediterranean vineyards.
Master Class & Wine Dinner, One Evening
Taking place on 11 September 2026, the evening unfolds in two parts:
- 4:30 PM – Master Class: uncover the story behind Paul Mas wines, journeying from the sun-drenched terroirs of the Mediterranean to the glass in your hand
- 6:30 PM – Wine Dinner: a five-chapter tasting menu pairing Northwestern culinary artistry with the layered character of French wine
